NO SCRUBS: 90s Dance Party began in 2003 in Washington, DC as aone-off concept party by DJ Will Eastman. The idea was simple: play bothguilty pleasures and underground classics you listened to growing up in the90s: Salt N Pepa and Nirvana. Ace of Base and Happy Mondays. TheProdigy and Biggie.In 2009, the party moved to the spacious 9:30Club, whose sound and lightsystems are simply incredible, and quicklyfilled it with a legion of happyrevelers.
