Tickets can be purchased surcharge free directly from the box office.

Our box office is open 3 hours before door time on show days and closes 30 minutes after the headliner goes on stage. Additionally, we are open on Fridays from 10am to 6pm.

General admission and AXS Premium are standing GA only tickets.  There are no seats associated with these tickets.

I bought tickets through other, secondary market sources (ie., “scalpers” online or in person) – are my tickets legit?

Rams Head Live does not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources.  Our Box Office can not resolve any issues involving them, such as lost tickets or bogus tickets.   Tickets for all of our shows are sold through AXS, or in person at the Box Office at Rams Head Live. Tickets are sometimes available through fan club sites as pre-sales or special VIP packages. Rams Head Live has the right to cancel ticket transactions that are suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling.

What type of payment does Rams Head Live accept?

The box office accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Travelers Checks. An ATM is located inside the club.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled or postponed.

Where is the Will Call window?

Enter the Rams Head Live main entry doors off of the Power Plant Live courtyard and proceed down the hallway. The Will Call window is located within the Box Office on the right hand side.  Please see Box Office hours above.

How old do you have to be to attend shows at Rams Head Live?

Unless otherwise posted, our shows are All Ages. If you are under 21, there is no re-entry to the club.

How do I hear about shows?

Be the first to know by signing up for our email blast here on the website.  We send out weekly updates every Thursday that include just announced shows, exclusive pre-sales, and contests. Most shows are announced and updated on our website on Monday.

Or ‘follow us’ on Twitter and Instagram (@ramsheadlive) or ‘like’ us on Facebook. We try to keep our patrons up to speed with low ticket warnings, on-sale announcements, and changes to our shows via social media.

Do I need ID to enter the venue?

An ID is only required if you plan on drinking alcohol. Because we are an all-ages venue, we take checking IDs very seriously. In compliance with Maryland laws, anyone 21 or older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

Does Rams Head Live have seats? Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Unless a show is advertised as seated, our shows are general admission and standing room only. A very small number of bar stools and bleacher seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Patrons with special needs should contact Nancy Bittner at nbittner@bowerypresents.com.

What time does the band go on? Is there an opening act?

The time listed on your ticket is the door time, not the show time. Set times vary and typically are not announced till the day of the show. Please keep in mind that set times, as well as opening acts, are always subject to change without notice.

What time should I get there to get a good place to see the show?

We like to think that there are no bad sight lines in the club, but if you’re one of those folks who needs to be right up front or along the balcony railing we suggest you be in line before doors open. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up there may already be people ahead of you in line and you are not guaranteed any particular spots inside.

Or, head to Rock Star bar before the show. The Rock Star bar opens two hours before doors where you can enjoy drink specials plus a separate entrance to the show.

Does the club offer food?

Sure does! We have a food kiosk serving all your favorite late night munchies from pizza to fries.

How about drinks?

We have 5 full service bars located within the club offering a selection of draft & bottled beers along with your favorite spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.

Do you have a dress code?

You must come dressed and you must wear shoes. Personal items such as pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, laser pointers, outside food and drinks, or anything that could be considered dangerous or contraband will not be allowed in the building. Purses and bags will be searched prior to entry. Backpacks are not allowed.

Do you have a coat check?

We do offer a coat check when the weather is cooler at $3 per coat, $5 per other item. During warmer weather there is not a place to check jackets or bags.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?

Photo and/or recording policies are at the band's discretion and change night to night. You may bring your camera with the understanding that you might need to check it with us for the duration of the show. Generally, point and shoot cameras are allowed with no flash photography. No professional cameras (with a removable lens), recording devices (go pros or iPads), or selfie sticks. Members of the press with professional cameras must have press passes arranged in advance in order to shoot during a show.

Can I smoke in the club?

No. Maryland has an indoor smoking ban on cigarettes, and we also do not allow the indoor use of vape pens or e-cigarettes. We do offer a roped off smoking area outside the club for all patrons 21 and older.  Alcoholic drinks are permitted in the smoking area and Power Plant Live plaza. We do not allow re-entry for anyone under 21.
